Vegetarian Cuisine
The cuisine, gourmet international, presents a wide range of healthy and tasteful meals, easily adaptable to the different requirements of our clients, from vegan, egg-dairy-vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or raw-food.
We use good quality seasonal, locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, and according to Eduardo´s words, "cooking and eating are an art", all the meals are artfully prepared with care, patience and pleasure.
